Fire in his blood
He sets the world aflame
He roars and struggles against it all
Fury and passion and pain
Though the wind and the air
The gold called to him
He spread out his wings and took to the sky
And the clouds bowed to his whim
The lonely mountain his target
Filled with dwarven kings
He smokes them out, burns them all
And takes the dwarven things
His rage settled by the glittering gold
He concedes to a rest
He lies upon his own treasure
The sleep of the obsessed
The prince of the mountain does not take the defeat
He gathers unto himself, a company of thirteen
Thorin Oakenshield has come to fight
His steel strong and star

“And this is your supervisor, Lina Banks, every evening you’ll report to her. Goodbye.” With that the man who’d been showing me around the ship slammed the door. I was in the engine room. The huge engine hummed away in the back of the room, it hardly looked as if three engineers, now four, could tame the massive machine.
There was only one other person in the room. A girl, barely older than I was, was sitting cross-legged in the middle of a workbench. She was surrounded by tolls and pieces of scrap metal. She saw me, “Here” she said, handing me a spare pair of goggles before picking up a blowtorch. I hurri

The midday sun beat down on the hard desert floor. Venice, Row, Voodoo and Shadowlight had found a large decaying town just south of HQ. The place was deserted. No killjoys, no draculoids. It was completely void of life. They radioed in their position to HQ.
Picking through the ruins they came across relics of the past. Several paperbound books, a pair of headphones and an old radio, which they tuned into Doctor D. Venice wandered down what would’ve once been Main Street. While some still stood, most of the buildings had long since collapsed, bowing to the far away mountains. Venice dug though a pile of bricks and mortar. Several guns
Venice sat, hunched up against the wall of the alleyway. Behind her Auditore and Monarch prepared the bombs. They wouldn’t be helping deliver them, but there they sat, pouring mixture into the little sacks, ready for impact. On the other side of the alley a few gunners were maintaining the three motorbikes they would use. Venice was on guard, keeping an eye on the street. A few people were walking about. A patrol of draculoids came into view. Venice signalled to the group to limit their noise. The draculoids passed them and the killjoys went undetected.
Soon the bombs were ready and the motorbikes were coughing into life. This small pe
Blue Venice paced her cell slowly. The four Draculoid guards watched her closely from their posts. Venice thought for a moment and nodded to herself. She leaned against a stretch of wall, looking calm. The other killjoy in the cell looked worried. He wondered what would happen next. Venice spoke clearly, addressing the four draculoids

Keeping secrets…
Black was a classic for keeping secrets, and she saw no reason to learn them, but her boyfriend, HER BOYFRIEND keeping secrets from her, lying point blank, straight to her face. It was enough to make her blood boil.
The corridors were quiet and her shoes clicked at every step, peace and quiet, as the hallways should, especially at this time of night. Lily paused, mid step. The moon was beautiful, the waning moon.
Her patrol of the 7th floor proved no movement. But she wasn’t finished yet; a quick check of her watch told her that there was a
“Al” James called “Al, come here”
Albus sighed, “If I keep pretending I can’t hear him do you think he’ll leave me alone” he whispered to his friend and dorm mate Greg Henderson, a muggleborn who was very nice.
“No” he whispered back from the other side of the table “he’s coming here now”
“Al” Albus’ insufferable brother said from behind him
“What do you want?”
“ Is that any way to speak to your beloved brother” he said, mock hurt “Are you coming or not?”
“For what?”

Inside the box there are 4 large candles, two letters and a box of matches. There weren't any official documents; no letters taped to the box to say that it had been in the post; there is only one feature. "Advise" is scrawled in very messy handwriting. It's also been written in sharpie. The box smells so strongly of it I almost gag. That can't have been written to long ago
I look outside and see the postman; he is outside the Joneses, about to deliver mail. I need answers. Coat, shoes, key, lock up, out the door
The postman is just turning into a side street when I catch up to him.
"Excuse me, Mr postman"

Today I listened to Ray Toro's new song.
It was amazing
It just goes to show, while MCR may be done, the guys have not abandoned us. They'll keep creating, imagining, believing.
Isn't that something?
